Refund Policy

As our services are primarily digital, delivered remotely, and customized to each client, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense. However, we do offer refunds or partial credits under specific conditions:

  • A refund may be granted if no service has been delivered and the client requests cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If a service has begun but is less than 25% complete, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

  • If we are unable to deliver the promised service due to internal issues (e.g., system failure, miscommunication, or inability to access required tools), a full or partial refund may be offered.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • If services have been fully delivered or substantially completed.

  • If delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or access.

  • If dissatisfaction is based on subjective expectations after the agreed-upon strategy or deliverables were met.

  • For consultations, strategy calls, or content already distributed (e.g., audits, PDFs, guides, video reviews).

  • If more than 7 calendar days have passed since the service delivery was completed.

  • If refund requests are based on results that are not guaranteed (e.g., specific ranking improvements, conversions, or traffic volume).

3. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.

  • “No-show” clients (those who miss a scheduled session without notice) may forfeit their right to a refund or reschedule.

4. Service Modifications & Credits

If you’re unhappy with the results or deliverables:

  • We may offer one complimentary revision or strategy update, if applicable.

  • In cases where a refund isn’t applicable, a credit may be applied to a future service of equal or lesser value.

5. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a refund or chargeback request through your payment provider, we ask that you contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair resolution and maintaining professional relationships.

6. Turnaround Time for Refunds
